Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with iDeal, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, SEPA, and Bancontact.
What is the delivery time for my order?
All products are in stock unless otherwise stated. We always hand over your order to the shipping carrier within 2 working days. Shipping within the Netherlands is handled by PostNL and usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
For orders within Europe, the delivery time is 2 to 7 working days, and for orders outside Europe 5 to 14 working days, depending on the carrier.
What are the shipping costs?
For shipping within the Netherlands, the cost is €6.95. If you place an order over €50, shipping is free.
Shipping rates for international orders vary by country. These will be displayed automatically in your shopping cart during checkout.
Can I return my order?
You can return your purchase within 14 days if it's unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Include a note with your reason for return, name, and order number. Once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll process your refund. Original shipping costs won’t be refunded, and return shipping is at your expense.
